Interscience Institute of Management and Technology – [IIMT] was started in the year 2007 by a team of dedicated academicians with the motto to impart all-round education in the field of management and technology. It is the first B-School in the country to start a “Lecture Note on Management”. IIM Bhubaneshwar is duly approved by AICTE, New Delhi. In September 2008, IIMT became a collaborating partner of the Entrepreneurship Development Institute, Ahmedabad to provide an Open Learning Programme on Entrepreneurship leading to a one-year Diploma.

The Placement Cell functions throughout the year to facilitate interaction between companies and our students. IIMT Bhubaneswar has an Industry-Institution Interaction Cell that was established in the year 2023 and is housed in the I-Hub premises at Infocity Bhubaneswar. It is a platform for both students and faculty members to gain awareness of industry expectations of academic programs. It serves as a podium to exchange the best practices and latest technologies between industry and academic institutes.

IIM Bhubaneswar is equipped with world-class infrastructure including a modern auditorium, resource library, state-of-art computer center, canteen and recreational center which collectively provide the ambiance conducive to teaching, learning and research. The institute has a fully Campus Area Network and Workstations that are networked to a dedicated server to provide various software and computing services.
