IIIT Lucknow is an autonomous university, established in 2015. It was started by the Government of India’s Ministry of Education (formerly known as the Ministry of Human Resource Development). The Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Program of the Government of India developed 20 IITs, IIIT Lucknow being one of them. IIIT Lucknow is recognized as a Nationally Important Institution by an Act of Parliament. Engineering and management programs are offered at the undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels at IIIT Lucknow.

IIIT Lucknow offers BTech as its flagship course where admissions are based on JEE Main score. The JEE Mains exam cutoff ranges from 4517 to 10613. Entrance to the program is granted through the Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) based on the rank obtained in the JEE Main examination. The entire cost of the 4-year program is INR 10.95 lakhs. Students who meet the requirements can receive Uttar Pradesh Post Matric Scholarships from IIIT Lucknow. To be eligible for the UPPMS scholarship, students must maintain a monthly attendance rate of at least 75% in all of their courses.

Placement 

The placements for BTech, MTech, and PhD programs at IIIT Lucknow have been completed successfully. The university also saw a surge with 100% placement of all the students. IIIT Lucknow’s highest placement for BTech and MTech students for 2023 placements, according to the official site, was INR 59 LPA and INR 45 LPA, respectively.
