IIIT Allahabad is ranked 89 in the engineering category by NIRF 2023. The college is designated as an Institution of National Significance. Established in 1999, IIIT Allahabad has four departments and its campus is spread across 100 acres, located on the outskirts of Prayagraj near Devghat, Jhalwa. IIIT Allahabad provides undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctorate degrees. IIIT Allahabad is known for its ECE specialization in BTech. IIIT Allahabad accepts JEE Mains score followed by CSAB counselling for the BTech program. Course

Campus

IIIT Allahabad’s new campus is located on 100 acres of land in Devghat, Jhalwa, on the outskirts of Allahabad. The architecture seeks to go beyond accepted design norms and express the analogies between atoms and bits. The campus and other structures have been designed using patterns created by internationally renowned scholar and mathematician, Roger Penrose, in place of the conventional geometric lines.

IIIT Allahabad Placements 2024 is concluded. Till now, 96.12% of placements have already been achieved. IIIT Allahabad’s highest package stood at INR 82.50 LPA whereas IIIT Allahabad’s average package stood at INR 34.66 LPA for the IT batch, INR 32.66 LPA for the IT Bio Informatics batch & INR 29.11 LPA for the ECE batch.
